The assay detects its specified target menu. It does not provide comprehensive genomic profiling, and detection limits differ by target and specimen.

Workflow requirements
Requires a compatible thermocycler, IntelliPlex 1000 πCode Processor, PlexBio 100 Fluorescent Analyzer and DeXipher software with the appropriate Kit App and lot-specific ENC information. Extraction, quantification, plates, wash buffer and other separately required materials must be included in the workflow configuration.
Use a suitable cfRNA extraction workflow and RNA quantification method as specified in the supplied manual. A TRIO cfRNA extraction workflow is not established by the supplied material.
Kit contents and controls
RT-PCR buffer and enzyme, primer mix, πCode MicroDiscs, positive and negative controls, hybridisation buffer, water and SA-PE solution. Dedicated Kit App and lot-specific ENC information are required.
Positive and negative controls are required in every assay run and consume reactions. A 24-reaction pack therefore does not provide 24 guaranteed reportable patient results.
Storage and shipping
Store the RT-PCR buffer and enzyme at −15 to −25°C and other components at 2–8°C. Transport at 2–8°C. Follow the component-specific storage instructions supplied with the kit.
