Included service scope
- MGI RNA-seq with 6 Gb passing-filter data.
- conventional whole-proteome LC-MS/MS.
- Routine RNA extraction/QC for cells or fresh tissue and supplier MS preparation, subject to sample suitability.
- Standard assay bioinformatics for one defined comparison between study groups and two assay-specific reports.
Plan separate matched RNA and protein aliquots linked to the same biological sample IDs. Please obtain sample acceptance and shipping instructions before dispatch. Other matrices and special preparation require review.
Promotion terms
Malaysia only. Minimum six accepted biological samples in one tier. Promotion expires 28 December 2026. No mixed-tier qualification, additional discounts or promotion stacking. Integrated RNA-protein interpretation, extra comparisons, advanced analyses and non-routine preparation are separately quoted.
NGS turnaround is three weeks; protein profiling is six weeks. QC acceptance, commencement and delivery dates are agreed in your quotation. Logistics, insurance, customs and applicable taxes are excluded and itemised. Additional charges require your approval.
