Hi-DNAsecure Plant Kit
This kit uses a centrifugation-based adsorption column that specifically binds DNA, combined with a proprietary lysis buffer system, to efficiently extract genomic DNA from a variety of plant tissues. The spin column uses a silica-based membrane made from a proprietary novel material, enabling efficient and selective DNA binding while effectively removing proteins and impurities. The unique lysis buffer rapidly disrupts plant cells, protects DNA integrity, and increases genomic DNA yield. The extracted genomic DNA has large fragment size, high purity, high yield, and stable, reliable quality.
