[WSBL971A] 2×Fast Taq plus Master Mix with Loading Dye

2× Fast Taq Plus PCR Master Mix with Loading Dye is a ready-to-use 2× PCR master mix formulated for high-speed and high-efficiency amplification. The mix contains Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, reaction buffer, and stabilizers pre-optimized for rapid PCR cycling. It is designed for fast PCR workflows, amplification of large genomic targets, and GC-rich or structurally complex templates. Short amplicons or simple plasmid templates to be extended at approximately 5 s/kb, supporting significantly reduced cycling times. For longer fragments (≥3 kb) or challenging templates, an extension rate of 15–30 s/kb is recommended. The mix is compatible with reactions requiring higher cycle numbers or difficult templates.

PCR products generated with this master mix possess a single 3’ A-overhang, allowing direct cloning into T-vectors.
