[WSBL530B] - 5× SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer, 15 mL (Odourless)

Protein loading buffer is mainly composed of Tris, SDS, bromophenol blue, and a reducing agent. SDS binds to proteins, giving the protein–SDS complex a large negative charge. This 5× SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer (Odorless) is an improved and safer version of the conventional buffer, with bromophenol blue as the tracking dye. It is a 5× concentrated formulation.
