[WS-BL1022B] - SuperRT III One-Step RT-PCR Kit (200)

The SuperRT III One-Step RT-PCR Kit enables highly efficient one-step reverse transcription and PCR amplification in a single reaction tube. RNA is directly reverse transcribed into first-strand cDNA, followed immediately by PCR amplification without transferring the product to a second reaction.

20uL x 200 Reactions

Using RNA as the template together with gene-specific primers, the SuperRT III One-Step RT Enzyme Mix and 2× SuperRT III One-Step RT Buffer synthesize first-strand cDNA. Amplification is then carried out by Taq Plus DNA Polymerase to detect the target gene.

The kit contains all enzymes and reaction components required for one-step RT-PCR. Its optimized buffer system minimizes inhibition of PCR amplification by the reverse transcriptase, providing:

High sensitivity, detecting as little as 1 pg of total RNA
Amplification of PCR products up to 10 kb
Simplified workflow with reduced handling and lower contamination risk compared with conventional two-step RT-PCR.
