The Plasma Cell-Free DNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) is designed for efficient recovery of circulating cfDNA from 0.6–1.2 mL plasma. Using silica-coated magnetic beads that selectively bind nucleic acids under high-salt, low-pH conditions, the kit delivers a streamlined lysis–binding–wash–elution workflow compatible with standard laboratory equipment. Typical recovery from 1.2 mL plasma is 4–10 ng cfDNA with eluate concentrations of 0.05–0.6 ng/µL. The system includes magnetic beads, lysis buffer, Reagent I, dual wash buffers, and elution buffer, requiring only user-added isopropanol and ethanol. It works with both Streck and EDTA plasma samples and provides purified cfDNA suitable for downstream qPCR and digital PCR applications. Extraction performance depends on plasma quality and adherence to prescribed centrifugation and wash steps.
