Precut, 10 piece/pack, 2 packs
The nitrocellulose transfer membrane (NC membrane) is used for protein transfer from gels to membranes during immunoblotting and can also be used for nucleic acid transfer in nucleic acid detection.

Features:

Excellent binding capacity with very low background, but lower mechanical strength than PVDF membranes.
0.22 μm pore size is suitable for most immunoblotting applications, especially for proteins smaller than 20 kDa, effectively reducing leakage of small molecular weight proteins.
0.45 μm pore size is suitable for most immunoblotting applications, especially for proteins larger than 20 kDa.
Compatible with a variety of stains, such as Ponceau S, Amido Black, CPTS, colloidal gold, and India ink. Among these, Ponceau S and CPTS staining are reversible (the stains can be washed off, allowing the membrane to be reused for further analysis), whereas Amido Black and India ink are irreversible, preventing further use after staining.
Suitable for chemiluminescence, chromogenic, fluorescent, and isotopic detection methods.
