Lyophilized 1X TBST, Powder
TBST is a widely used buffer in biological applications, primarily for immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, ELISA, and Western blot experiments. It is commonly used as a washing buffer and is also suitable for antibody dilution and blocking buffer preparation. This TBST (ready-to-use dry powder) is provided as white to off-white soluble granules, easy to handle and convenient to use.
Main components: Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, Tris buffer, Tween-20. In 1× TBST solution: 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 25 mM Tris buffer, 0.05% Tween-20.
