RNase-Free DNase I
Efficiently eliminate DNA during RNA purification by on-column digestion or by digestion in RNA solutions. Compatible with TIANGEN RNAprep Pure and RNA Easy Fast series.
Kit contents
- RNase-Free DNase I: one 1,500 U vial
- Buffer RDD: 4 mL
- RNase-Free ddH₂O: 1 mL
Preparation and storage
Reconstitute in 550 µL RNase-Free ddH₂O, mix gently by inversion, and aliquot. Do not vortex. Store the unreconstituted product dry at 2–8°C. Store reconstituted aliquots at −30 to −15°C for up to 9 months. Once thawed, keep at 2–8°C for up to 6 weeks and do not refreeze.
