- 18S: Supported under this same SKU and list price. Please contact Darwin Science before ordering to confirm the full-length 18S amplicon, primer pair, data output and analysis scope for the project.
The 18S primer pairs in the table below cover specific shorter regions; their inclusion does not establish suitability for a full-length PacBio 18S amplicon. The primer pair for a full-length project must be confirmed during project setup.
Custom primer add-on
If the requested primers are outside the standard primer pairs in the table below, add Custom Primer Synthesis with Overhang and Pre-experimental Set-up (per primer pair) to the sequencing package. The add-on is charged per primer pair.
