Full analysis requires a reference genome and CpG island BED file. Without the BED file, CpG island annotation of differential mCpG sites cannot be completed and differential comparison analysis is omitted by default. Provide the specific exogenous sequence if methylation analysis of an integrated sequence is required.
This package is limited to human and mouse samples.
