Lyophilized 1X PBST, Powder
PBST buffer contains the non-ionic detergent Tween-20 and is widely used in ELISA, Western blot (WB), and other immunoassays. It is commonly used as a washing buffer, as well as for antibody dilution and blocking buffer preparation. This PBST (ready-to-use dry powder) is supplied as white to off-white soluble granules, making it easy and convenient to use.
Main components: Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, phosphate buffer, and Tween-20. In 1× PBST solution: 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM phosphate buffer, 0.05% Tween-20.
